Made In Mexico

The LP is now available at Armageddon Shop (and probably others). This image does not do the packaging justice as the whole gatefold is die cut in a really sweet way, revealing inner art. Very inspiring. I wanted to steal that idea so badly.

Oh, and there is music on the record too.

Stolen review from: rcrdlbl.com

Made In Mexico is 100% wicked, feisty Latin-punk (probably the most terrifyingly eclectic music that's busted out of their hometown, the quaint Providence, Rhode Island in years). Their track "Guerillaton" has got shrill background guitar riffs that build to a heart-pulsing climax appropriate for a Quentin Tarantino drug kingpin killing scene from Once Upon A Time In Mexico, while boasting furious, curling screams like Beth Ditto of The Gossip if she decided to do a Mexico-inspired punk solo after too many tequila shots in a shit-shack bar in Tijuana. Topped off with Latin-influenced tropical percussion, "Guerillaton" will jack-hammer into your consciousness and lay there like a smoking bandit for a couple scintillating days.

On a lighter note, "Yes We Can" has more chilled-out, steel-drum jazz beats; Though be warned, the overall effect still blasts into your memory like a line of salt and a shot of tequila post-3 am. Oh and for you guys intent on mastering how to roll that Spanish R, it should only take a couple plays of Made In Mexico on repeat.
